The animal welfare organisation that was the beneficiary of the May StarPet competition, was SerendiPitty Rescue. SerendiPitty Rescue is a Pitt Bull-specific organisation in KwaZulu Natal, committed to the needs of the breed and focused on rescue and homing, as well as education about the breed.
Absolute Pets, together with Starlight Media, are excited to announce the seven LUCKY winners of the May StarPet competition.
Not only did they win their share of R22 500, including R17 000 in Absolute Pets shopping vouchers, but they also helped raise a total of R36 769 for SerendiPitty Rescue.
StarPet is a feel-good-for-good photo competition that allows people to showcase and celebrate their special little stars while supporting a good cause. 50% of the profits are donated to a charity every month, chosen by the previous month’s winner.
